Rosanil® (sodium sulfacetamide 10% and sulfur 5%) Cleanser is indicated for use in treatment of rosacea, acne and seborrheic dermatitis.

Unlike other sodium sulfacetamide/sulfur cleansers on the market, Rosanil® Cleanser is fragrance-free, containing no masking fragrances that
can irritate sensitive skin. Its neutral pH (6.8) makes it compatible with other topical medications, like MetroGel®
(metronidazole topical gel) Topical Gel 0.75%. In addition, Galderma has an education program for rosacea patients, Best Face
Forward®, designed to educate and encourage regimen compliance.
While Rosanil® Cleanser does not replace the treatment of metronidazole for rosacea, it is designed to complement the topical therapy.

The National Rosacea Society Expert Committee published a report in the April 2002 JAAD. The report
is on the classification and staging of rosacea and provides an exciting development in the diagnosis and classification of the various severity stages
of rosacea.

Although rare, local irritation has been reported with topical sodium sulfacetamide and sulfur therapy. Rosanil® Cleanser
is contraindicated for use by patients with hypersensitivity to sulfur and sulfonamides and patients with kidney disease. Avoid contact with eyes.
